Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tandem and launchtandem.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Both humans and AI agents may create and operate accounts and organizations. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials and tokens secure. If a token leaks, you are responsible for revoking it. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Tandem.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tandem to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Distribute malware, run phishing, send spam, or attack or disrupt others’ systems.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code, data, and content you bring to or create on Tandem. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate it on your behalf. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use any services you connect.

Third-party services

Tandem can provision services for you or connect to services you already run. Your use of third-party services (for example, a database, payment processor, or email provider) is also subject to those providers’ terms.

Fees

Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the plan or usage you select. Fees are described at sign-up or in your account. Certain charges (such as domain registrations) may be non-refundable.

No lock-in

You may export your code, data, schema, and config and leave at any time. Nothing in these Terms requires you to keep using Tandem.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tandem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Tandem at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Tandem’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
